Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Madhab brings strong expertise in strategic management, organisational development, leadership and international collaboration. His professional approach combines educational leadership with a commitment to innovation, quality service and sustainable organisational growth.
A TOPIK Level 6 achiever and Certified Korean Language Instructor, Madhab is recognised for his advanced expertise in Korean language education. He is known as Hetauda's only certified Korean language teacher, providing professional Korean language instruction and advanced preparation for TOPIK examinations. Through his teaching and mentorship, he supports students in developing strong language proficiency and preparing for academic and professional opportunities connected with South Korea.
Madhab is also an experienced Study in Korea Counselor, guiding students throughout important stages of their international education journey. His areas of support include university selection and admission, document preparation, application procedures and visa-related guidance. His work focuses on helping students make informed decisions and prepare effectively for their academic journey in South Korea.
Beyond education and consultancy, Madhab has contributed to Korean–Nepali language resources as a contributor to the Naver Korean–Nepali Dictionary, supporting improved access to Korean language learning resources for Nepali learners.
He is actively engaged in social development and international collaboration. Madhab serves as the General Secretary of Ankur Nepal, Hetauda, contributing to organisational activities and community-focused initiatives. He also represents World DAGACHI in Nepal, supporting international cooperation in areas including digital tourism, multilingual communication and sustainable development.
